After you've made payment and submitted this IMPRINT FORM we'll send you graphic samples to choose from and/or a final graphic proof in .jpg format.

This may be a rather large file attachment to our email. If your email server does not allow large file attachment please let us know NOW so we can send you a smaller version to view. You an also provide us with an alternative email address where we CAN send the proof.

CONDITIONS OF THIS ORDER:

GRAPHIC PROOF:

After you've made payment and submitted this IMPRINT FORM we'll send you a graphic proof in .jpg format.

This will be a file attachment to our email. Some proofs may be a rather large file attachment.

You can open the proof and print it in a paint program such as PaintShopPro. Be sure to print the proof at 300dpi (dots per inch) in order to view the actual size.

If you view the full-size proof in your web browser you'll notice how large it appears. That's because we'll be printing at 300dpi (dots per inch) to give the text a crisp professional look and to sharpen the resolution of the graphics.

Once we receive your approval we can begin the print job.

We normally will not print an order for personalized or imprinted items without your written approval (a reply to our email), however, if you do not respond timely to our email with the graphic proof attached, we reserve the right to print your order based solely on the information you provide in this Imprint Form. It is VERY important that you check your email regularly so you can reply timely.

This is very important because once we begin printing there can be no further changes and there are no refunds or returns for personalized items.

EDITS:
If you request an edit to your proof there will be a $15.00 Edit Fee due to the time involved in creating the graphic layout.

NOTE:
There are no returns allowed for imprinted or personalized items.

If you cancel this order AFTER we've created a graphic proof we must charge you a Cancellation Fee of $15.00 due to the time involved in creating the graphic layout.

TURNAROUND TIME:
Orders normally should ship within 1-3 weeks AFTER we receive your approval to print.
