Order for hand-carved candles are accepted based on our over-all workload.

We CANNOT guarantee a delivery date - please don't ask.

Graphic Proof:

AFTER we've accepted your order, processed your payment AND you've submitted this Imprint Form you will receive an Order Confirmation via email WITH A GRAPHIC PROOF ATTACHED in .jpg format.

This may be a rather large file attachment to our email. If your email server does not allow large file attachment please let us know NOW so we can send you a smaller version to view. You an also provide us with an alternative email address where we CAN send the proof.

NOTE:
You can open the graphic proof and print it using a Paint program such as PaintShopPro.

If you view the full-size proof in your web browser you'll notice how large it appears. That's because we'll be printing at 300dpi (dots per inch) to give the text a crisp professional look and to sharpen the resolution of the graphics.

Once we receive your approval we can begin the print job.

We normally will not print an order for personalized or imprinted items without your written approval (a reply to our email), however, if you do not respond timely to our email with the graphic proof attached, we reserve the right to print your order based solely on the information you provide in this Imprint Form. It is VERY important that you check your email regularly so you can reply timely.


Edits:

If you request an edit to the personalized insert there will be a $15.00 Edit Fee due to the time involved in creating the graphic layout.

If you cancel your Order AFTER we've created a graphic proof we must charge you a Cancellation Fee of $15.00 due to the time involved in creating the graphic layout.

There are NO returns allowed for hand-made, imprinted or personalized items.
