CONDITIONS OF THIS ORDER APPLICATION:

Order for hand-carved candles are accepted based on our over-all workload.

We CANNOT guarantee a delivery date - please don't ask.

The candle AND personalized label for your candle will be created and imprinted based on the information you provide above.

The personalized label is embedded into the wax and cannot be removed for corrections since it's under the wax.... so be VERY careful that the information you've provided above is correct.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A GRAPHIC PROOF.

When we can accept your order we will contact you by phone or email.

AFTER we've accepted your order and we've processed your payment you will receive an Order Confirmation via email ONLY. Be sure to review your order for accuracy and contact us immediately should you find any errors.

If you request an edit to the personalized label there will be a $15.00 Edit Fee due to the time involved in creating the graphic layout.

If you cancel your Order AFTER we've created a graphic proof we must charge you a Cancellation Fee of $15.00 due to the time involved in creating the graphic layout.

There are NO returns allowed for imprinted or personalized items.
